We have a very non-fiction interested group, so these are the titles I was thinking for Motion:
“When: The Scientific Secrets of Perfect Timing” by Daniel H. Pink
“Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking” by Susan Cain
“Thinking, Fast and Slow” by Daniel Kahneman
For Traditions we read and discussed “Sapiens” by Yuval Noah Harari, and I’m considered having a follow-up discussion for Heritage, because they were interested in discussing it again and I think it could fit. I also was thinking, because we’re in a strong agriculture setting, to discuss a book about the land or food. Here were some of those ideas:
“Animal, Vegetable, Miracle” by Barbara Kingsolver and Camille Kingsolver
“Silent Spring” by Rachel Carson
“In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto” by Michael Pollan
