2. Publicizing a program via word of mouth is very important in small rural libraries. Connect with people one to one and tell them about upcoming programs.
3. People like food. Always serve refreshments and bonus points when you tie it into the subject of the program. People come to expect that and like to comment on how the food matched the program.
