1. Find out what science and technology topics your community is interested in. Monitor community Facebook pages (if available), local news outlets, and ask patrons.
2. Try a mix of programming host both topical discussions and practical “how-to-use” technology programs and cross promote.
3. When advertising discussion programs, publicize some of the specific topics within the broader theme this can help create interest and get people thinking about these topics prior to attending your meetings.
