1. Create a strong media file that includes all free sources in the community. Create an advertising budget that can be increased over time to aid in promoting larger events.
2. Look at the Science collection and update/weed it as necessary. It is great to have lots of books in this subject matter, but not if they are out of date. This alone has helped the sciences collection grow and circulate even more.
3. Aim to be more involved in the community. Join existing events in the community and hand out business cards along with giveaways. Don’t be afraid to network.
