I am still working on a way to measure the impact of various services and programs. One, for a grant based on past performance, due soooooon. And one for fundraising. These programs aren’t cheap. A base of 700 or so tax payers paying less than 11 dollars each per year for the library does not give us one red cent of playing around or programming money. all of this matters in more important ways, of course, but, to keep it going always takes cash.
I see a new attitude toward the Library. I will have to make that into some sort of percentage. Still tweaking. Will share in Jan after I present it to the Board. They matter lots and to show off to our soon to be formed friends group.
The impact is easy to see, but more difficult for me to quantify. carol
